About White Tea

In 2016, we cooperated with farmers from Taiwan, starting to produce Taiwanese white teas.
The leaves will go through a week of withering under the morning sun, laying piece by piece, not one over another.
Although being only 2% fermented, its caffeine level is very low after highly withered.
It is a great tea for cooling off in summer.

Ruby (Red Jade) is a species cross bred in Taiwan,
with Taiwan Original Mountain Tea as the father, and the tea tree from Burma as the mother.
It was originally bred for processing black teas, but making it into white tea also gave out excellent result.
It inherited the richness from father tree, and the sweetness and aroma from mother tree,
and is known for its unique scent of mint.
