｜How can I join the reward program?
Simply sign up from our website, or leave your phone number in-store, and complete an order of any size. You will become a Bronze Member, and can start enjoying member’s privilege.
＊If you’ve signed up but hasn’t complete any order, you will be counted as a regular member without privilege.
｜I’ve already signed up on your old website, do I need to sign up again?
If you’ve registered on our old website before November 5th, 2021, there’s no need for you to sign up again. All you have to do is go to the sign in page and click on "forget password" to reset your password. We have already synchronized your order history for the last 12 months, and upgraded your account to the right tier accordingly. You can start enjoying the privilege right away after logging in.
｜How many tiers are there in the program? How do I move up a tier?
We have 4 tier in the program; your account will be upgraded according to your accumulated spendings in the past 12 month. Once you are eligible to upgrade, the system will upgrade your account after midnight.
- Bronze Member: spend TWD$1 or more in 12 months.
- Silver Member: spend TWD$5,000 or more in 12 months.
- Gold Member: spend TWD$10,000 or more in 12 months.
- Diamond Member: spend TWD$20,000 or more in 12 months.
Eg. One signed up as member on December 1st, 2021, and completed a $5,000 purchase. They will become a Silver Member as of December 2nd, 2021.
Eg. One completed another order of $6,000 on December 15th, 2021. They will become a Gold Member as of December 16th, 2021.
＊Those who already have an account on our old website, your account has been upgraded to the relative tier according to your order history from November 5th, 2020, to November 4th, 2021.
｜How long does my membership last? How can I maintain on the same tier?
Your membership last for 12 month starting from the day of the upgrade. When it’s up to date, the system will determined your new tier according to your order history in the past 12 months.
Eg. One became a Gold Member on December 16th, 2021. After 12 month, their accumulated spending is $3,000. Therefore, as of December 16th, 2022, they will become a Bronze Member.
Eg. One became a Gold Member on December 16th, 2021. After 12 month, they have not made any purchases. Therefore, as of December 16th, 2022, they will become a regular member with no member privilege.
＊For those who have registered on the old website and have placed at least one order in the past 12 months, your membership lasts until November 5th, 2022. If you are upgraded between now and then, then the membership will renew since the day of upgrade.
＊For those who have registered on the old website but have not place any order in the past 12 months, your account may not be transferred correctly. If you cannot retrieve your account when trying to reset your password, please sign up again with your email. Your unused new member coupon will be added to your new account as reward points.
｜How do I start earning points? Can I earn points when shopping in-store?
After signing up and complete an order of any size, you can start earning points when shopping if you logged in your account online, or tell us your phone number in-store. The points earned can be redeemed on the next purchase.
＊If you didn’t log in/haven’t signed up when placing an order online, or didn’t tell us your phone number when shopping in-store, the system will not be able to reward you with your points.
＊Points are calculated based on the amount of each order after discount, and exclude shipping.
＊Points will be given out once the order is marked "paid" rather than at the time of order placed.
｜How do I redeem my points? Do the points expire?
You can redeem the points upon checking out the next time, whether it’s an online or in-store purchase. Each points equals TWD$1, and can be combined with discount codes if any. The points earn through making purchases expire in 180 days. You can check the status of your points by logging into the member center.
｜I want to become a wholesaler/stockist, can I still enjoy the privilege mentioned above?
We provide wholesale price for our wholesaler and stockist. They do not belong in the member program shown here, therefore cannot enjoy the privilege mentioned above. If you are interested in becoming a wholesaler or stockist, feel free to contact us by filling in the form here!
