- For customers using CVS Pickup, please keep an eye out for pickup notice and pick up the package in time. If the package got returned for having not being picked up, we will not reshipped the same package. Please place another order if you still want to purchase. However, your used store credits will not be given back to you in this case. We reserve the rights not to fulfill a CVS Pickup order made by those who constantly failed to pick up the package in time. We are a small business; the shipping would be a great loss for us if the customer do not pick up the package. Therefore, we kindly ask for your consideration to please pick up your package in time.
- Prices on our website are all listed in TWD. The financial institution you choose to use upon checkout determines the exact exchange rate charged plus any fees if applicable.
- Shipping rate is calculated based on the weight and size of the package. You can see the shipping fee for your order after adding the products to your cart.
- Due to the many factors affecting international shipping rate, it would be impossible for us to adjust accordingly all the time. Therefore, the actual shipping fee may differ from what you pay upon checkout. It is not our intention to overcharge the shipping if it happens. By placing an order, you agree to pay whatever shipping fee the system shows at the time of checking out. If the actual shipping turns out to be different, we will not ask you to pay for the addition, nor will we refund the extra. We will adjust the shipping rates at the end of every month if needed, so it can reflect the actual costs as accurately as possible.
- Import tax and duty may be charged by your local custom. These extra fees are not included in shipping. The recipient of the package is solely responsible to pay for these charges.
- As of July 2021, all packages shipped to EU countries will be charged with import taxes. You can choose to have the order shipping via FedEx, so they can take care of the taxes for you first to prevent the package from being held or returned by custom. FedEx will ask for the exact duties paid upon delivery, plus a 2%, or at least TWD$210, processing fee. The recipient of the package is responsible to pay for the charges. If you choose to have your order shipped via postal system, please make sure to pay the duties in time to prevent the package from being returned.
- If the package failed to being delivered for any reasons and is returned to us, we will ask the customer for the return shipping fee. Please track your package from time to time if you can, to prevent this from happening.

- The 7 days free return guarantee is applicable for domestic orders. If you changed your mind about your order, please contact us through chat or email within 7 days of receiving your package. In-store purchases or custom products cannot be returned.
- Return can only be processed if the products are not opened, used, or tasted. Any opened products, except for defected, will not be accepted for return.
- To make things easier, we do not do exchanges. If you plan to change what you order, please refund the unwanted products and place a new order.
- Returned products should include all the gifts and accessories if applicable. Please also mail back your invoice so we can give you a new one.
- If the original order does not reach the free shipping standard after partially returning the products, we will deduct the shipping fee from your refund.
- In case of faulty or damaged products, please keep the items and contact us with pictures. We will take care of it for you as soon as possible!
