About Red/Black Tea

Known as black tea in English, red tea is one of the smoothest, and most common tea in the world.

Officially named Ruby (Red Jade), Sun & Moon Lake red tea is cross bred in Taiwan,
with Taiwan Original Mountain Tea as the father, and the tea tree from Burma as the mother.
It inherited the richness from father tree, and the sweetness and aroma from mother tree,
and is known as one of the best red tea species in the world.

In order to give the tea a better look, we often picked out the fragments and sharp edges of the teas.
These fragments taste as good as the tea themselves; it would be a waste to throw them out.
