About White Tea
In 2016, we cooperated with farmers from Taiwan, starting to produce Taiwanese white teas.
The leaves will go through a week of withering under the morning sun, laying piece by piece, not one over another.
Although being only 2% fermented, its caffeine level is very low after highly withered.
It is a great tea for cooling off in summer.

Taiwan Original Mountain Tea is an indigenous species of Taiwan.
It was used as the father tree when Ruby red tea was being cross-bred.
The tea trees in the plantation were all planted by seeds, so the tea is able to have an excellent depth of taste.
